First Mora. 911, 840 or 511?

I ended up getting the 911, SL2 and the 511. Opinions and a review hopefully coming soon. Right off the bat I will say that the SL2 came shaving sharp, while the 911 was quite decent. The 511 was not very sharp at all, which is fine by me because I bought that one in particular to practice sharpening on.
 
I love my ultra sturdy 2010, which has now been renamed as the BushCraft Forest. There is a non-stainless "triflex" variant with a more classical grind available as the "Bushcraft 2080" (link to one shop to give more description and user feedback)
