Alright I can throw some pics up later... I'm actually going to see if I'll be allowed to use my Beckers when I work on product and maybe do some pictures on it so you guys can see what I do... I'm a baker and I used the 14 before I score my bread before baking it. I couldn't find my regular on-hand at the time haha. Maybe I could dedicate a thread to it
I actually use the 14 every time I cut my gourmet cinnamon buns because of the way we set them up.. The regular flimsy crap they hand us has the thinnest spine that cuts my hand. Plus it's not a Becker! Haha!
