Here's my very first Utility Chopper Kitchen knife. This knife is the perfect size for any kitchen task and is the perfect shape and weight for all chopping and slicing.
The handle is the perfect in my opinion for a kitchen chopper. Super grippy and the perfect shape.
SPECS:
AEB-L Stainless Steel
60-61 HRC
Green Grip-Tec handle.
Desert sand 1/8 G10 Pins
Overall length is 9 3/8 inches
Cutting edge is about 4 3/4 inches
Made from .100 inch steel so slightly thinner at the spine after sanding.
Partial flat grind. This is the only part of the knife that is not perfect. The grind lines are not as smooth as I would've liked but still look good none-the-less and doesn't affect the performance at all!
Razor sharp edge.
Includes custom carbon fiber print kydex sheath. Snaps in tight.
This knife would be a great user for the kitchen and will hold up great for many years. Get this knife for only $175 Shipped! This is crossposted
