first one done,hows it look?

http://s990.photobucket.com/user/ate1675/library/ I started out fooling with a thin piece of 15n20 in between my other projects and got this one done, well more done than the others.7"total,3"blade, .95"thick,bloodwood scales with stainless.25"tube pins,clear green liners,I used gun bluing on the steel also.This has a few flaws but turned out better than I expected

thank you guys !Daniel,I've admired and been inspired by your work @the net thanks again. The liners are a clear green cd case,Im going to see if it holds up,its pretty weak stuff by itself,I also melted a little nugget & slid it in one tube, it can pop right out.

Interesting. I like the creativeness behind that. Bob Engnath (I believe that was his name?) mentioned using household materials like colored packaging plastic as a liner material. I question its durability, which is why I haven't tried it, but I applaud your willingness to give it a shot.

I'll be curious to know how it works out.
