Like everyone I have read a lot of great press on these knives and I have also seen a lot of people say they are not worth it. I never bought into the not worth it argument due to the quality awards. However I could agree with people who thought they were not for them. Heck there are a lot of knives out there that are of exceptional quality but they are not my cup of tea. At any rate, I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Amazing quality, simple yet elegant, I cannot stop handling it. I think I am going to thin my current collection to get a large.
