These pics are from before the epoxy filling and final finishing, but this is a minimicroteeny 3 inch filet I made for my housemate the butcher:

L6 1/16, just over 3 inch blade, bendy and tough. I put a fairly rudimentary but even edge on it since she steels completely differently from myself. She reports it is almost too sharp for cutting whatever "caps" are off of beef filets. The little fat scales handle really well.
of course, the 'sale' was in steel and scale material, but that's as good as cash right now
