First piece of INFI arrived today....(with pics)!

Thanks for the replies guys:cool:

This knife certainly is worth being excited about!!

This is not only my first Busse but also my first fixed blade. Till now I collected (75%) and used (25%) folders. Mainly Spydies, but I do have some others (SMF, ER MPC, MTX2, ZT0301 to name a few).

As for the next piece of INFI; I can tell you there is a Desert Mud Razor on it's way! The Mud Razor is going to be my USER-Busse!!

And when funds permit I'd like to add a SFNO and a HOGFSH LE to the collection if I can find one of these that is.

Cheers!

Congrats to your first INFI.
I was also into Folder before I got my first Busse and now I have only two Folders left

Nice snag Erik!! Is it a user or a safe queen? The MOASH is awesome:cool:

As was mentioned, heck of a start there man!!

Welcome to the addiction....

Wow that's a big piece of steel.
Congrats on your new investment !
I guess you are now official hooked,
no salvation for you :D

Congratulation and thanks, Crafft. I wanted that one BADLY and was considering selling that spare kidney in order to purchase. That is a beautiful blade.

I believe it was an order following the Knob Creek show of Spring 2006. There was an HOG size version of it at the show, bought by a lucky Hog, and then there were a handful filled as orders in the MOASH (Mother of All Steel Hearts) thickness in the ensuing Extravaganza.

I *believe* it is the same handle material described below, but I could be wrong. "Custom made G10 consisting of alternating layers of Desert Tan and Blue Spruce.

That Busse custom fighter is also a beauty. Thnx for posting that pic PM:thumbup: :D

Thanks for the extra info Paddling Man. It's always nice to know some background information of the blade. I also think the handle material is G10.

And be glad to have two kidneys left.....2 kidneys can handle more whiskey than one:D :D :D

Like Cobalt says, the great thing about knives like that one is that if you ever get tired of it there is plenty of steel there so you can have it rolled out into a Battle Mistress.

Great start Crafft, lots of class there.
And he's off and running................

This knife probably ties the HOGFSH LE as the best looking busse I've ever seen

...that is, until I get my FBM order.

I agree with Koli. That's the best looking Busse I've ever seen. What a beast! Great pics too.
