First PM2 is it real?

If you think about it, a company as well established as BladeHQ is would certainly not tarnish their hard earned reputation selling a counterfeit item would they? Since they get their stock directly from Spyderco, it would make it a lot more unlikely that it is a counterfeit. That is of course, unless some secret group of BlackOps mall ninjas snuck into the SPyderco facility and replaced every single item that was in stock for some counterfeit CCC. Seems a bit silly doesn't it?

It would have a higher chance of being a knock off if you had bought it at say a swap meet, gun show, or if you were the 4th owner of a mint/NIB only carried a dozen times, cut paper to test sharpness, and reprofiled on the WIcked Edge (first try ever) to make it cut better.
 
ppl scam all the time and buy a product and then return a fake. It's definitely possible. Either way now I'm happy it's been verified.
 
I agree with Flatblackcapo, BHQ would not sell you a fake. I also have a PM2, and I don't see any differences and/or discrepencies.....but I would put an s30v or Elmax Blur up against a PM2 any day!

I wouldn't I own 2 blurs a black and an occ and they feel like toys compared to this knife. Just this man's opinion.
