First PM2. Question on blade drop

Wiha makes a Torxplus set that fits the Spyderco better than the normal Wiha torx set.
When it comes to torx bits, Wiha is the route to go.

looking online I can’t seem to find a T6 in Torxplus. They seem to use a different size. Or am I just looking in the wrong place?

I plan on leaving the pivots alone for now, but it is tempting just to back them off a bit :)

Go look on the big river site, they sell a variety of Wiha bits

I don’t see anything wrong with trying to loosen the pivot a little, I’ve gotten a Spyderco that was a little tight from the factory.
If it’s a big enough deal for you to start a thread about, why not try it?

Worst thing that can happen is you might need to put a little locktite on it, probably not though.

Why wait when you can know now???!! lol

I wouldn’t call it a big deal. Rather a good excuse to make my first post :)

and really just wanted to know how most PM2’s are out of the box. At least now I know.
