First Post...converting to a Traditional Guy

Welcome, and a fine choice for a traditional companion. Enjoy the freedom of not feeling guilty and trying to hide your cutting tool from those easily swayed by fear. :)

Welcome! We love to see new faces AND more knives!

Welcome Neverone99, like most have said, that's a great first choice, you can't go wrong. The SBJ was one of my first as well, and I took a chance on a used one off the 'Bay, and even my (lightly) used SBJ is phenomenal. But wow, look at the difference in scales in comparison to Pauls! I have to say Paul, I' a little jealous...:) That's got to be one of the best looking SBJ's I've seen. BTW, I'm carrying my stag SBG today:thumbup:

Thanks Jim! One scale of my SBJ looks like Paul's and the other is that gorgeous red color. Oh well, it was the only SBJ they had at Smoky Mountain Knife Works where the blades weren't rubbing the liners. I looked at 5 SBJ's and this was the only one with centered blades.

Welcome neverone99, and congrats on mastering the posting of pics. We are all addicted to pics-- they feed our need for more knives.

As an enabler, you'll fit right in here! Back at ya with my limited edition Swayback Jack.

Welcome!

I echo others' sentiments-- you sure chose a good 'un!

I'm hereby inspired to carry mine tomorrow. :-)
