I know, but every time I wrap the blade the cord ends up getting cut, not to mention that the knife won't fit in the sheath anymore.

How is the cutting performance after you have finished wrapping the blade? I think I may have identified your problem!

The cord gets cut? Sounds to me like your trying to wrap it way too tight, unless I'm not understanding what your telling me. As for the knife not fitting in the sheath, try wrapping it while you've got it in the sheath. That way you won't wrap too far down, and it will still fit perfectly.

I couldn't tell for sure, and some people get offended when you take what they say as a joke if it isn't. But I was trying to figure out just how tight you'd have to pull paracord to cut it on the handle.

It would if you cord-wrap the blade like shotgunner does. He had a good solution, even if it was a bit flawed

BTW, smcclown05, that bright orange cord wrap looks excellent!!!
