I have sold a few to BF members and locals, this is my first time posting one of my finished knives up here... I am a bit nervous considering the quality knives the makers here put out.
Here goes
This is a model that I designed for a friend on the local Search and Rescue team. I call it "S.A.R. W" (I am aware there is a popular knife out there already called SAR) the W is for wide, I have a standard model that is a bit narrower.
This is very light in the hand, the balance point is between the 1/8" Pins (Index Finger). The leaf shaped blade creates a bit more "belly" but still has a nimble tip for delicate work. Comes with a very secure leather sheath (also made by me) that can be carried in the horizontal or vertical position.
Specs:
Price: SOLD PayPal or Money Order
Steel: 1/8" 1080 Steel
OAL: 8.75"
Blade: 4.75" (Tip to Scale)
Width: 1.5" (At widest Point)
Scales: Cocobolo
Pins: (2) 1/4" Aluminum Tubing, (2) 1/8" Nickel
If you want it, just post "I'll Take It" in this thread, Thanks for looking!
I guarantee all my knives, if they don't perform as they should I will repair or replace them.
