First Sebenza, slightly underwhelmed...

There is nothing magical about the Sebenza, but it is ac close to perfection in a "Production knife" that you will find. If you appreciate quality, you will see it in the Sebenza. If you appreciate thoughtful design, the Sebenza defines it. But in the end, it is a knife, and it will cut just like any other sharp knife. (Just better in my opinion :) )

This is to be expected with all crks after dissasembly/reassembly. If I believe correctly Chris said himself that after reassembling the knife, you should flick it open a couple times, not hard but enough to reset the lock to the same lock up before dissasembly.

I did all that and it still was earlier. My most recent was purchased brand new, was around 60-65%. Used it a few weeks and then cleaned, now it is at dead 50% and hasn't changed in a few months. Seems a lot of people have the same experience. Lubed in all the same places and everything, nothing pinched, lock up rock solid, everything fully tightened. If anyone is dissatisfied with real late lockup, definitely something to try. Mine was great out of the box, seems to have improved with age... ha which is odd.
