Thanks! Yeah, he's got the whole thing laid out so well, it's hard to mess it up.

I'd not say it was copying at all, on his he sewn around the knife
completely, where I would normally make it wrap around and fold
down the back for the belt loop, BUT, there aren't too many other
ways to do it, so for others to have a similar look, that is to be expected
and I'm happy that people will give making sheaths a go!

edited to add, thanks guys for the compliments, the threads I made
with instructions, the images were catch as catch can kinda thing
to hopefully help others to get an idea of how I approach making them.
and it allows me some discretionary funds to buy things like knives
