First Spiderco! Info?

Hey all!
A friend gave me a sweet Spiderco today. I'm not very familiar with the different models. Can anyone give me any info on this blade? Can you give me a ballpark price of what it would have retailed for?

That is a Q. MSRP was 39.95. You have the most common one.

Although the MSRP was $39.95, they generally fetch a bit more than that these days. New in box will usually bring $60 or more on eBay, and I've seen some of the rare patterns go over $200.
