Thanks for the info, i will definitely keep that in mind.
I tend to use my DPX if doing any prying, that thing is indestructible.

I knew I should have used a more plain looking one in that picture, lol. I suppose I could have taken the stock version (jade g10) out of the box...but then I would have felt compelled to put it on a shirt or something to avoid scuffing, and I wasn't feeling that ambitious at the time.

Well, with the dificulty of finding a reasonably priced m4 pm2, ive changed my mind and am getting the m4 manix 2 from bhq.
Then i can get any flavor of pm2 if i like the manix 2.

I think you made a great choice. I think the PM2 is a world class knife, but I like the Manix 2 better, and I prefer the back lock version over all of the Manix choices. But, any of them fit my hand and carry better for me than the PM2. Wait till you get a Manix 2 Light Weight. You will be amazed at that big knife being so light you forget it is in your pocket.
