First Spyderco (byrd)...wow.

Thanks Sal, keep em both coming, i buy a lot of American made knifes, Spyderco,Benchmade, Kershaw, CRK. But i also like the Byrds, you simply can not beat them for the money, and If I break, tear up, or simply lose a knife, well I would rather lose a $20-$25 knife, than a $100-$200. But the fact that the $25 knife will still get the job done, that's a bonus.

Ahh, the irony, isn't it, capitalism loosing money and business to the communists...what has the world come to? Strangely enough that never happened with the Soviet Union... Maybe the situation is a bit more complex than your classic pundit line would suggest? Just an idea.

You are right on, Sal, its all about choice and I have a good number more of Spydies than Byrds but I love the Byrds nonetheless.
