If you're looking for a good slicer, the flat grind on the Endura G-10 is hard to beat. If you're looking for a more robust blade (because you do things you shouldn't do with a knife, like light prying) then you might consider a standard Endura with the saber grind. If you like exotic steel, then you might consider a ZDP-189 Endura. The FRN handles are very tough and have as good a grip as G-10. Maybe even better.
