First "tactical" folders?

My first- if you could call it tactical, a Delica, about 20 years ago. If not, then it was the original Cold Steel lockback tanto in smIII- the Shinobu, large size. I had that as well as their tanto liner lock (Ultralock) of the same era.

I suppose that Italian stiletto switchblades would be considered "tactical" folding knives as well. I will have to look into these folding daggers from the 1800's
