G'morning,
A friend of mine wanted me to make him a Tanto. I really have never been a Tanto fan and only own two Tanto folders which I never carry. At the literal last second I got lazy and decided to leave on my 8" wheel after hogging and try my first hollow grind. While I like the look of a hollow grind I just feel a flat grind is overall more useful and I currently don't own any hollow grinds so I have mixed feelings about the results. I think I like it but I'm not sure how practical it is.
I have one piece of steel left before I will send out my current batch of ten to Peter's and I can't decide if I should make another one or go for something completely different.
5" blade, overall just shy of 10", .148" Elmax, grind height 11/16".
Stacy has been helping me design a Santoku and I want to get this batch out before the steel for that one comes in so I can focus on not screwing that one up.
One more?

Thanks!
