Could anyone recommend a entry level spyderco knife. I would like a blade length of at least 2.5"

Entry level is very generic, but here are so great options to consider. Spyderco Tenacious, Dragonfly, Delica, and Endura. The Delica and Endura are my top to picks.

I've found the Delica is a great entry level (gateway...) Spyderco. Good price and plenty of options to choose from.

My first Spyderco was an Endura 4 and My second was a Tenacious neither one were disappointing.

Delica, Endura, or Cat. I didn't care for the value folder line because of how chunky they felt in hand but that's just pure personal preference.

Both are great knives that fit your request. I have both and like them a lot. (Actually my wife always carries the Tenacious. She looks funny, tiny leg and big knife!)

I don't think ANY Spydercos are entry level, my experience with the ones that are cheaper and have lower end steel like 8CR13Mov through Gin1 to the normal VG10 is that they are all solid knives that won't fail you via normal use. I would narrow things down to handle and blade length, how it carries in your pocket and price. If you wear a suit and don't want a giant folder, an Endura may not be for you. If you work the land the Ensura might be great for you!

One thing I would suggest for your first Spyderco is to pick a full flat ground blade. This style blade cuts particular well and when I say well I mean really well, as in more often times than not better than knives with thick blades that costs 10X more.

I´m not that Spyderco expert, but I´d recommend you the Delica or if you want it smaller, take the Dragonfly 2 or bigger take the Endura...

I just got super blue sprint run delica, it's a amazing knife lightweight, slim, very sharp, disappears into my pocket.

Also had a delica in vg 10 same thing, very nice I love the delica....

Now I just ordered a endura super blue.....

I would like to not spend over $100 including shipping. I will check out the ones you all have recommended. Thanks a lot

There are still endura super blue sprint runs available for under $100 doh no if there are any delicas.

1. Cat
2. Dragonfly
3. Chaparral
4. Delica John

The delica is a nice and very well design knife. While the handle is FRN, it offers tons of traction.

I have the Cat which is nice for an EDC. I prefer VG-10 over 440C tough.

If your willing to jump on and get a 100and+ then the Para2 seems like you best bet. You may also like the Caly 3.5, an awesome EDC
