First time camping with wife and son !!!

I have been going through some old pics and came across this one which was the first time I ever camped with my wife and son. Before this it had been years since I had done any so when we went as a family we were quite unprepared, check out my clothes they were the same ones that I would wear to go out on the town !!!!
We still had a blast though and it triggered our love of camping that we still have today !!!!

Now I'm going through our pics I'll try and dig up some more of my hikes in England !
 
When I read the thread title I thought you meant just recently yall went camping for the first and I thought "NO WAY!"...makes sense now lol.
 
so much green! hurts the eyes!

I love taking the kiddos out, unfortunately family camping for us is pretty much off for the next 18 months. But I am sure i will squeeze in some father/son trips.
 
I miss those days, my kids are 18 and almost 20.
Great memories, maybe 5 or 6 years from now I'll be doinig it with gradkids
