  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

First time, cheers jeers and direction please.

Thank you all for the tips and direction. That knife is now in my truck with my first attempt at a leather sheath. Ill show some pictures of that tomorrow but its not something im super proud of. Leatherwork was a bit tougher than i expected. Any tips on sizeing the sheath? Seems i made it a bit to big and it does not retain the blade as well as i had hoped.

I just started work on knife number three and hope to use all of your advice to make it my best one yet.

I did my best at a distel taper. Tang has been tapered. The plunge lines where cut with a chainsaw file.

I think i will change up the handle profile a bit. Probably bring the line in from the ricasso and make the belly a bit more pronounced.

Any critiques or direction?
