Hello,

I have already nice design of Liner/frame lock folder.

Medium and BIG size :)

Medium = Project SkyCutter
Blade: 99mm
Height: 23mm
Closed: 136mm
Open: ~240mm
Blade thickness: 3mm / 3,5mm
G10 scales
Lock: Liner 2mm Titanium or 4H13 (~410)

BIG = Project Hephaestus
Blade: 96mm
Height: 30mm
Closed: 158mm
Open: 256mm
Lock thickness: Frame 6mm Titanium ; Liner 3mm 4H13 (~410)
Blade thickness: 4mm

Both designs are with flippers, stop pins in blade canal, Bearings made from 1mm Nylatron GS + 1,5mm Silica Nitride ceramic balls, 2mm detent.

Some sugestions about making, calibrations etc. ?

I thinking about steel for those blades.

I think to use:
Hephaestus: M390 / K390 ( with Black Cerakote) / K110 (with Black Cerakote)
SkyCutter: M390 / K110 (With black Cerakote) / S290 ( with black cerakote) Micropowder HSS steel with about... 65-71HRC

Something about bearings...

Silica Nitride 1,3mm ceramic balls + 1mm Nylatron GS will work fine in folder with flipper?
