+2 on Bos S30V...you're going to be amazed at the edge that knife will take and hold. Laser-like.
 
Yeah I see what you guys are getting at, used it on my lunch today and this thing is a damn laser beam.

Great factory edge and the blade geometry is perfect. I can see why this knife has such a following.

Also by some aligning of the stars or whatever, I noticed that there is a slight inward dip on the show side horn which perfectly countours my middle and ring fingers when gripping the knife...eerie.

This is my first knife with natural handles, aside from maybe a light oiling every now and then is there anything I should do in regard to maintenance?
