Thought I would show my first attempt at making a folder.
Blades are 12C27 with brass liners and stainless bolsters. Handle material is dymond wood. Brown handle folder still needs to be finished.
Blades are HT at 1060 Deg C for 12 minutes and tampered at 220 Deg C for 1 hour, springs at 300 Deg C for 1 hour. Top knife was tested to 56 Rockwell C.
All comments and suggestions welcome.
