First Week with the Eskabar

You're gonna get a patina on the cutting edge with that fruit+potatoes. Unless of course you regularly sharpen. Shouldn't need to with such a nice steel. Might I ask if yours came with a really uneven grind in places?

My 14 came with a really poor grind that was slightly offset at the tip so the edge wasn't centered at the tip, and was pretty dull, but that was my only complaint but I've fixed it On a sharpener, and now I love it! Its always in my pack
