ZT makes knives with the materials and quality previously only available in the $500+ range. They're more than worth the money - we're pretty spoiled as consumers with how drastically the market has broadened and improved in just the last few years.
The 0562CF has a street price roughly around what the 0560/0561/0300/0301 had when they were the hot new things, but with improvements across the board. Steel lockbar insert, M390 particle metallurgy steel, ultra-smooth bearing pivot, carbon fiber scales, deep carry clip, high flat grind for incredible cutting performance...
If I wasn't such a cheapass, I would totally carry one. I'm pretty content with what I have currently, but I have a lot of respect for ZT and have carried and enjoyed many of their knives in the past (0700, 0200, 0560, 0561, 0560BW, 0560CBCF, 0600, 0550, 0550BLK, 0452CF, 0620/CF, 0562/CF, 0392, 0392BW, Kershaw Ruby [ZT built])
Some of those didn't see much, or any, carry time (0452CF, 0392/BW, Kershaw Ruby), but handling them was an experience by itself. The Ruby is a damned work of art.
