FISH CUTTERS -lets see your fillets

For some reason, these things seemed to be the "knife of the week" for me. Maybe this thread had something to do with that. Anyway, here are... 167UH, MAX-FLEX, MIN-FLEX, 168UH, and GF45.

Dave I have still never come across a 168 ( right price, right time). If ya go back an look the 167's all seem to have a bit darker handles than the rest of the uh's do. But yours is one of the darkest UH's not just 167 but overall too that I have ever seen. Pretty neat.- Joel
