Fish on a stick

IMHO fish (like any other animal) tastes best when cooked bone in. Catch & release has never really caught on in my household.

amen to that!
catch and eat...:D
i fish to eat as i hunt to eat. i don't shoot an elk or deer with a plastic bullet.
this 'catch and release' BS get's on my nerves. if i catch it i eat it...
i do love fish; smoked, fried, broiled. either way it's dead and i love it...
so does my tummy:D

Nice thread.
I catch and release fish in the High Uintahs all the time, but I still eat a lot of fish.
I was pretty impressed with the fish on the stick, until I saw the fish tacos!
Dane, you need to start packing a deep fryer...
Man, I'm hungry.

I choose and pick what fish to keep. I get plenty. If everyone were game hogs there would be little game left.

Have to say those fish look very tasty. I got to have some now!

Like the setups on the kayaks, very cool!

I release literally about 99% of what I catch. Unfortunately around here too many people don't catch and release. Makes it real tough to catch any quantity (or quality) of bass or trout. It pisses me off when people don't catch and release. An occasional fish, ok. A biggie you want to take home, ok. But everything, no freakin way.

If I lived where they were abundant I would say go ahead and keep some, no problem. But not around here.
