This one is the full black grid model. I can not call it new however, it is a replacement from Fisher for an older model. The previous models had a friction system to hold the top and bottom together which, over time, began to slip.
The new version is a screw together design and is perfect. I received the pen from Fisher and just put it in the desk and forgot about it so the cartridge is almost new also. It is near mint.
Also as this was a replacement item, there is no packaging material.
