Back in the late 1980's Frank Pachmayr sold his business to a group of businessmen who planned to turn the brand into another Ambercrobie & Fitch (back when they too sold guns and gear). They moved the store from downtown LA to Pasadena, and had guns, fishing, and gear under one roof. It was all top of the line too. Willis & Geiger, North Face, Danner, Sage, etc.

They talked Fisher into building a set of custom fly rods. A versatile set that could go almost anywhere. What they got was this; a beautiful multi-section rod with tip forward action and the ability to be used as either a 7.5" or 9" 5/6 wt rod. It retailed just under $500.

I bought this back around 1990. I was planning on learning to fly fish at the time. Got the reel at the same time, and loaded it up with the best stuff I could afford. The only place it ever got used was in the back yard. All my friends got married around that time, and I got another job a 1000 miles away. Never got back into it.

So, spring cleaning is here! Rod and reel for sale, Sold

Here's a factory set of wood for a Remington 740. Taken off a rifle many years ago, but still hanging around. Has handling marks, but no real damage. Will clean up very nice. No buttplate. No cracks in the forearm. Asking $60 delivered.

Here's a very accurate knock off of an extremely limited run watch. Chinese automatic movement; keeps good time. Never worn. 45mm and very heavy. All the right stuff on the bracelet too.

I picked this up in the Middle East. If you're looking for something nobody else will have, here you go. Sold shipped.

I sold a few sets of my excess shades a couple weeks ago. Found a couple more pair this week. Here's a set of Hobies with mirror blue lenses and in their original case, and another set of Oakleys in an Oakley hard case. $50 for the Hobie's. SOLD for the Oakley's.

If you want these please be prepared to pay. If you can't pay in 72 hours, don't make an offer.

I don't know what the model name is. I do know I picked them up in Santa Cruz in '06-07. I don't wear metal frame Oakleys because they're too tight, so they'r like new. Been in storage since July of 07.
