no pics but i have 2 boxes full of deep sea stuff, a couple of penn reels, a shimano reel, and maybe 4 deep sea poles. i will work on the pics when the light is better tomorrow.

Man I have so much fishing stuff...

My main rods are two fly fishing ones

St croix 5 weight fly rod with orvis battenkill reel. (no picture)

Orvis trout bum 4 weight with ross rythem 1.5 reel.
Caught this big bass out of pond in my area with that setup.

I have tons of sea fishing stuff. I used to live in the california coast and worked on an inshore fishing boat down there.

2 shimano sustain on gloomis rods. 4 or 5 shimano curados old and new. Custom rods billystix and gloomis. Been using fireline but one rod has suffix and I may be using that. Few mire trips I fish for reds and trout in my 16' scooter.

Wow I'd love to post up pics of all of mine put that would take a thread in itself! Most of my gear is for fishing Black Bass, then a bunch of spinning gear for trout. I also have several fly and nymphing rods. I'm really brand loyal with everything so I find a company that makes something really good and I stick with them. Which is why most of my bass and trout gear is all from 2 companies.

Many Shimano baitcast/spinning reels
Many G-Loomis rods
A few Orvis fly rod/reels

Jasonp nice trout haul, matagorda bay? What size tarpon is that? I had a 120 and 2 160is. I fished aransas pass and nueces bay a lot. The hobie self propel series are awesome but I think your boat will out run em. I have been wanting to go on falcon and try out the bass fishing.

That was the 120. I now have the ride 135. Its a bit slower but WAY more stable (I can stand in it). The rainbow trout were from the Frio River. I've been on Falcon once in my brothers Ranger bass boat, the fishing was awesome until his boat started sinking so we had to leave early...:)

Ha! I thought they were speckled trout from the gulf of Mexico. At first I thought rainbow but then thought they were all to big and fat to be rainbows. I had a ride as well. You ever visit texaskayakfisherman.com? Good website and resource for kayak fishing. Show em some esee knives- lots of campers.

My sons phone pictures of what he caught that day...

Great haul of trout Jason!!! I can attest to bass boats being money pits! Between fuel, maintnaince, and so on it never ends...:D I've always wanted to go down to Mexico and fish for Peacock Bass!!! Do you have any way down South on the border anywhere?!?!

ahhh yes the money pits. i kept it a shallow pit

still trying to figure out the down rigging jazz, i just found out that putting the boat in reverse can slow it down to troll without a trolling motor

if there is one thing i know for sure, it's that you have to have a big bobber to catch the big "fish" :D:D
