Me too, I can take you to a pond I have permission to fish that has carp that look like logs and I can't get them to take anything. Chris

It hit a worm. If your having trouble catching carp try canned whole kernel corn. Scatter a can in the area you plan to fish then use a couple of kernels on a small sharp hook.Either use a good rod holder or hold the rod. At the first sign of resistance they will bolt ,often taking your rod with them.

Quick comeback!!:cool::D

Nice haul dipbait:thumbup:...That looks like a good place to build a fire and do some night fishing(I think I see smoke in some of your pics)...Keep up the good work!!

I night fish here , usually in the spring. Its about a half mile hike to get there. When the water is low Ill sit on the rock bar. Heres a pic of the same place.

G'day Dane

Looks like you've had a great days fishing

.... . It creates a big eddy where the current is not to strong. Had a good day.Caught multiple spieces.

I think of back eddies as the Yum Cha restaurants of the fish world, where they can sit back and have the food come to them :D

No wonder you caught a variety :thumbup:

Kind regards
Mick
