It says fishing...

It looks like a fighter.

Wakie, wakie little sharkies!

Wow, the one Bura made was just over a foot long, and this one's just a teeny skosh under, with a 1/4" thick spine. But, both are, uh, "fishing" knives? I don't know what them fellers are used to catching, but I'm guessing it ain't bluegills. :D

Sarge

edited to add: Okay, now I understand, the king of gamefish in rivers of Himalayan India and Nepal is a member of the carp family called a Mahseer. Apparently they get, uh, rather LARGE!

Sharks never sleep... :D If that went overboard I'd, well, have to go after it.

Having that means nobody is taking away your fish...

Mike

the knife is SHAPED like that fish....wierd/appropriate.

Hehe, unless they have a falcata.

Very pretty knife, but I liked the other fishing knife better. The horn scabbard and all was da bomb. Still, I almost want to get this. If you're on the fence you better send that email now.

Yea but then it would escalate to who had the K-31 or other old MilSurp and how much ammo they had.;) :jerkit: :p :D

I'm too lazy this time of night to enclosed these into linkys but here are a coule of uel's that are interesting.
Now I wanna go fishing in India or thereabouts...
When or if you go to this link be sure and check out, "The Lesser Known Mortals" on the links at the left side of the page!!!!
There are some dayumed formidable fish in that part of the world!!!!

This would be one helluva place to go fishing for an old fat man like me!!!! They have Jeeps that will drive you right to the water's edge!!!!
And the Mahseer looks almost like a cross between a Tarpon and a Large Mouth Bass and go to over 100 pounds!!!!  :D

Yeah, I was going to say that knife is a little too long and way way too thick for a fishing knife until I saw that picture.

The Crys speaks...eh Danny?

Glad to see it find *you*...

this is the coolest non-khukuri, non-sword HI product I ever saw.
Yangdu, seriously, this IS a crysknife.
The handle is a little different and the sheath is not right, but the blade is perfect.

You could make Guitar Picks outta the scales of a fish that size!!!!
And they may be of the Carp Family but they are dyed in the wool genuine Game Fish!!!!!!!
And One Helluva Game Fish they must be since the one website says to change the hooks on your plugs to Heavy Duty Hooks!!!!
Methinks if I had to use Heavy Duty Hooks on my plugs I'd have to go with straight Live Bait!!!!

Another fish I've always wanted to go after are the Nile Perch in Lake Victoria in Africa.
Sarge would need a helluva lot more than a cane pole or even a Mulberry saplin to hold these babies.
Check out the pic below where the guy is sticking his head into the mouth of one of the Nile Perch!!!!

Heavy duty hooks, my A$$, hand grenades and not those new golfball size, the real deal M-26's.

Very cool! Great snag Danny. Glad to see you getting something on the late shift. I _almost_ logged on last night and wish I had. The workmanship is beautiful and the price is excellent. I really love the blade style and that piece of antler...

i was thinking about it at work today....you know you're sick when a knife replaces your normal 30-something divorced redhead down the hall type daydreams...
