Fishy Pic !!!

With all the recent talk of PSK Fishing kits etc, I just thought I'd share this pic I recieved today of my two Nephews in the UK with the two trout they caught at the weekend !:thumbup:

Cool!! I knew Brown Trout were brought over here from the UK but I hadn't thought of Rainbows making the return trip.
BTW: Somewhere I heard that if you mapped the origins of 19th century flytying materials, you'd also have a map of the British Empire. Thus, the real reason those Victorians went around colonizing.

Oh man I'm hungry for trout. Wrap them in foil with some spices and a lemon slice. Put them on the the coals. Flip. Open. Eat.

Those are some real beauties! Nothing like fried potatoes and onions with some fish! Or put a slice of onion in the middle and wrap a slice of bacon around the fish then wrap in foil and put in coals-yummy!

As it just happens I had the pleasure of rainbow trout for dinner tonight. Appreciate the pictures to remind me of what a great dinner that was! Very nice looking specimens!
