Here's one I was lucky to get the draw for at the First Fisk Micro Show.
Thanks for viewing.

Here's a closer view of the Ivory.

This is one of my favorite patterns of his, and of course this one is uniquely beautiful. Congrats!

I love that crazy damascus pattern. Wow!

There's some pretty advanced scratchin', on the guard and pins (Jerry would call it that.)

That's some kind of knife... :D

Yet another beautiful Fisk Kevin
really crisp clean lines and tasteful engraving
Jerry Rocks Pretty Hard

Kevin, very sweet piece, the mammoth is off the scale.

Coop, I think the Damascus pattern is "dogstar", if memory serves.

Ran, what is you avatar?

I remember this one well - Jerry did a series of in-progress posts on this on another forum. One of my favorite Fisk knives.

Kevin, Thats got an awsome piece of ivory on it! Can't tell if the pins are textured or if there just the fancy type.

Kevin,
Love the guard, the engraving, the mammoth, the Damascus(especially the Damascus),the thong tube and pins,I meant to ask about the pins as well.
Really dig the ricasso stamp.
A unique and stellar piece.
Thanks for posting!

Kevin, It's nice to see that knife again. I love the damascus and the mammoth is some of the nicest that I have seen. Jim Treacy

The pins have floral engraving, however you would not know from my photo.:D
The ivory is from the same tusk as Jerry used on my Sendero NLT, which I recently posted photos. It has quite an array of different colors.
This bowie is one of 23 '06 knives that Jerry stamped "25 years".
Thanks for taking a look and your kind words :)
Kevin

aaaaaahhhhh, you suck, Kevin:D gorgeous knife:thumbup:

That is a fine knife...everything about it adds to the beauty... damascus, style, mammoth ivory, engraving. SWEET!

Peter

So much for the Kind words :D :D :D
:D Just messin' man.....I recall that I got at least one of those when I scored the Moran Reno raffle knife on Ebay...along with at least one comment about it being an ugly knife.. My Fisk "collection" consists of one little plain Sendero. My collecting has tended to be much more random. I am seriously considering putting off taking the Intro course until the end of the year when Jerry is teaching but i think that I had better decide very soon and sigh up. The Jerry Fisk Comedy Hour for 2 weeks straight...lol. It's between that one and the one in the Spring that Harvey Dean is teaching. Two of my fave smiths:thumbup:

Yes, I laughed :D as I read it.

I've been thinking about taking the Intro course myself. Not that I could ever become a maker, but it's very interesting and beneficial to a collector. At Jerry's micro show last October we visited the school and observed Steve Dunn's Damascus course. That alone was worth the trip to me. It's hard to take two weeks back to back other than the last two weeks of the year. No doubt Jerry would be an interesting instructor.

Kevin, I had the opportunity to coonfinger that knife. It really has it all. If you have to narrow it all down, it is THE KNIFE. I get to study such like knives and boy does it give me something to shoot for! Lin
