The statement below describes this Bowie very well

Colleagues (scientific term for 'buds'),

The knife is worth every penny. Now...if I only had that many pennies myself!:)

If you can afford a Fisk, you should get one!

Thank you very much for your interest and comments.

Roger, I really like this damascus too. The X pattern over the wolftooth and the incredible sheen of the steel really take it to a high level.

And my amateur photo does not by any means do the Bowie justice.

"I thought someone may need a Xmas present."

You are exactly correct. The only remaining question is WHO wants to buy it for me?

Email sent.

That is a beautiful bowie. The stag on this would have given a run for the money,to both the Fogg and the Hanson bowie, featured on another thread here on bladeforums.

[Curley Joe voice] Woob woob woob!

This is stunning. I would love to see some high def pictures to save for my desktop! What a bowie.

I'd like to see a high def picture of that damascus too. If money was no object...I would own that bowie!

Peter

Thanks for the kind words.
Not only does the stag look good, but with that texture it feels great in your hand.
I posted photos of a few of my other knife’s stag handles on that thread but didn't think of this one. It might have been a contender.:D
For some reason I never had this one professionally photographed. Should have I guess.

Professionally photographed??!! That work of art belongs in a museum!! Screw Picasso and VanGogh!! :D

Thanks to Blade Forums and Peter.
And as I got many e-mails representing serious interest, I'm very glad the ownership stayed amoung our family of Blade Forum collectors. :)

Congratulations to both of you!
