That would be a for a king salmon or king mackerel. A large filet knife from my favorite steel which does flex but is not whimpy.
Stock removal from 3/32 inch 52100 steel
Heat treated with three normalizing and two tempering cycles to Rc 58-60 with attention to a fine grain throughout the blade
Hand sanded finish to 400 grit
Dymondwood handle
Overall length: 13 1/2 inches
Blade: 8 1/2 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop
