This is a neat knife. John Fitch and I dreamt this knife up as the bladesmith's interpretation of a light weight fighting knife that would fit in a K-BAR kydex sheath (how convenient) yet improve K-BAR performance by 100%. He succeeed. This knife weights 10 ounces with camo micarta handle and 3/16" blade stock. It has seen slight use. It is marked D-2 because he late made 35 of these knives for soldiers out of D-2 and this was the piece photographed. This one, however is 52100 forged carbon steel. no sheath. The Blackhawk $25 nylon model fits fine.

$495
