Yesterday I complained as I thought I had received a "raw deal". At the time, and from my point of view it did seem that way. However, with the explanation(s) from the many forums members and another gracious offer from Yangdu, I know that I was wrong. I would like to offer my apologies to Yangdu, and the other forum member for seeming like a hothead, which I am not (I think?). Thank-you for setting me straight!
