You could epoxy it on, but the only way to replace a scale after it somes off is to buy a new scale. There is a little plastic lip in the scale that clips to the outside of the rivet and once it is removed from the knife, it is no longer any good. The scales are available at many places online for decent prices, although you could spend a couple dollars more and just get a new Tinker. If you did order new scales you could get the plus models, and then you would have a Tinker with a pen, pin, tweezers, and toothpick in the handle. Old scales will often snap back on, but they never feel the same and are a little loose. With the low cost of the kives, epoxy isn't such a bad option.
