Fixed blade 110

Yeah, I dont know about that one. There are multiple knives buck makes with similiar blade shape that are more ergonomic.

Fixed blade 110, that's a model 102..... :D
It's neat and unique, my order is in!

Somewhat plain looking. Nothing too fancy. American Walnut is nice, no rear bolster. I think it has a classic look to it. The sheath is old school too. Yep, I'm in. I won't miss out on this little sleeper. I bet it's a gem in the kitchen too.

Kitchen... good idea! Would make a nice set of steak knives for a Buck 110-aholic!

My birthday is coming up in a couple of weeks...

My immediate reaction is how pretty it would be if Buck were to add a bare-head option to the custom 110s. Even prettier if they added a brass lanyard hole.

I agree with TAH. I love the feel of the 110 as a folding knife but when I reach for fixed blade, I prefer a more hand-filling grip.

This is visually stunning looking though. Would love to see that bare-head in the folding line up.

I kind of like the way it looks.

I would like it better if were made with 5160 or even better yet S30V.

Cool now there is a brown version. Back in June Lori Buck rolled this model "101" out during her President's tour. That one has the Charcoal colored handles. If you want to see it do a google search.

The more I look at it the more it's growing on me however as mentioned by others there are long standing fixed blade models that I prefer over this but it is something different and the steak knife idea has merit and is something I find appealing except for the price. A 4 or 6 piece set of these would be pretty spendy as far as steak knives go.

Here's a fun related thread from 2014: Link

Fun read and I agree with Oregon's comment that I think the 110 looks better with no nick. I could deal with a long nick. But the standard nick always make me think of a winking shark.

I agree, loose the kick, add a brown distressed sheath without a flap. It appears that it is a full tang knife, I think I will pick one up.

I think it would be awesome if it had a rear bolster ( probably doesn't need the Kick though ) and I love the sheath, it just needs to be left handed only so you righties know how it feels to be left out when almost every knife is made 😁

I like the looks of that knife. Now if it only had better steel it would be even nicer. I do not care for that flap sheath. I have several Buck's with flap sheaths and do not prefer them.
