I have the BK7, my brother the Esee 4 and 5, my bil has the Condor Toloza. All of those are excellent knives and would do anything that needs doing. And a side note about the Esees. I wasn't too impressed with the 4. It's a good knife- don't get me wrong, but I like my Tops and Beckers better. I tell you what though, I thought my BK7 was a hefty tough hombre- until my brother got the Esee 5. That thing might be the beefiest knife I've handled. It's immense for it's size, if that makes sense. That being said, it's almost too big and heavy for me. But I'll bet it's indestructable.
