Oh I am very pleased with it.
It’s quite handy, came razor sharp and slim and the handle suits me just fine.
performance is A+!
When I like a knife initially, then I carry it for 1- 2 months (at times up to 6 months) for all cutting tasks, except kitchen duty, of course. there’s a separate chef’s knife.
Here, lets see how long the honeymoon phase lasts with this one.
