Who makes the little tool on the box?

ETA: Lighter?

The lighter is funky in that it's a Thunderbird butane jet insert for Zippo lighters inside a titanium shell made for Zippo lighters.

The tiny titanium tool is a RIHE design made for YJGDCN by Pioneer EDC. It comes in a few different sizes, including one even smaller than this one.
