Fixed Blade Bugout (-ish)?

I like them but it is a lot of coin for a tiny knife with no handle that would do the same thing as my white River backpacker.
That's how I feel about them. I have a hidden canyon hunter from them in the same s90v steel for $80 less even with a handle.

That is essentially a Buck ranger right there!!
As for the blade, you're right! Maybe Buck will do a 113 Lt someday. Or perhaps they've made something similar?
To me, the handle is the half of the Bugout worth noting.

Another vote for the Benchmade Altitude. As a bonus, I know from experience that mine will skin and quarter an elk and still shave after all that work.

I may be a little late but if not, the benchmade altitude is identical to the buyout except it's a fixed blade and is in a s90 which is a very strong steel. They are a bit pricey but it is literally a fixed blade bugout.

While I haven't handled an Altitude, it looks like it leaves a lot to be desired in the grip in comparison to a Bugout.

The Benchmade Steep Country is not that far off. It's blade is about twice as thick as i wish it were at 0.14" but i believe the new ones are a little thinner.
