Fixed blade carry: Leather or Kydex?

I prefer to carry leather, more flexible/comfortable and if some sheeple sees it, it's not as scary.

Lot of hunters can be seen with belt knives in the fall but a big kydex set up is too "tactical".

I think it's stupid, but when in rome.
