I currently carry a swamp rat rodent 3 and I am looking to upgrade. I'm looking for something with extreme edge retention. I've been looking at the Bradford Guardian 3 but would love to here all my option. Requirements are a total length of 7 inches or less, a "super steel", and a price of under $250.

Sometimes a Big Chris knife comes up to sale in the forums, he uses plenty of different steels, the ones in 3v tend to be a good bargain.
