So far so good. Very slicey. Haven’t done a whole lot with it just yet, only had it less than a week. Very comfortable in hand. Pretty much same size as a large CRK which is a good familiar size for me. I’ve really only so far cut down some cardboard, opened a couple packages and out of Boredom whittled on a branch. But all in all so far so good. I plan on using it at work this week

I love it. Ive.used it for pretty much any and everything. kitchen duties, slicing up a flank steak, cut up peppers and potatoes etc. Outdoor has been rope, cardboard, a few branches. I'm definitely a fan of carbon steel. This.one is A2. A few.passes.on the strop and it's right back in action.
